Our software offering, VIP LaunchOS, brings together business tools and features related to sales funnels, customer relationship management (CRM), marketing, and automations.

VIP LaunchOS uses underlying third-party platform technology provided through AIM DNA, which also provides technical support for the underlying platform.

In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The VIP Launch Co. “You” and “your” refer to any website visitor, customer, subscriber, or authorized user of our services.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase and use our services.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

VIP LaunchOS is offered through the following prepaid access plans:

• VIP LaunchOS Growth: $485 for six months
• VIP LaunchOS Scale: $970 for twelve months

All prices are stated in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, currency-conversion charges, and payment-provider fees may apply where relevant.

Each purchase covers the access period stated for the selected plan.

All plans are one-time prepaid purchases and do not automatically renew. A new purchase is required to continue using VIP LaunchOS after the current access period expires.

The price, access period, included features, and any applicable conditions will be presented at checkout or in your purchase confirmation.

We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases. Price changes will not retroactively alter a completed purchase.

5. Payments and Billing

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated at checkout.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the amount displayed at checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring that your payment is authorized.

Your purchase confirmation will identify the plan purchased and the applicable access period.

Because the plans are prepaid and do not automatically renew, you will not be charged for a new access period unless you make another purchase or separately agree to another payment arrangement.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed purchases, including requests arising from a change of mind, unused access time, failure to use the platform, or dissatisfaction with the service.

This policy does not exclude, restrict, or waive any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where a refund or other remedy is legally required, we will comply with the applicable requirements.

If you experience a technical issue, please contact us so we can assess the problem and, where appropriate, submit a support ticket to AIM DNA on your behalf.

7. Access Period, Expiration, and Renewal

Your access period begins according to the activation terms disclosed at checkout or in your purchase confirmation.

Your plan provides access for the following period:

• Essentials: one month
• Growth: six months
• Scale: twelve months

Access expires at the end of the applicable paid period unless you purchase another access period or enter into a different written arrangement with us.

Your plan does not automatically renew. Continued use after expiration requires a new purchase under the plans and prices then available.

When your access expires, your account may be suspended or disabled, and access to paid platform features and stored information may be restricted.

We do not guarantee continued access after expiration. You are responsible for exporting any business information you need before your access period ends, where export functionality is available.

8. Account Expiration and Data Retention

VIP LaunchOS uses underlying platform technology provided through AIM DNA. Account access, data retention, restoration, and deletion may depend on the underlying platform's procedures, technical capabilities, and applicable policies.

When your paid access expires or your account is deactivated, your account may be suspended or disabled. You may lose access to platform features and stored information, including contacts, funnels, conversations, workflows, and automations.

Subject to the underlying platform's policies and technical capabilities, account data may be retained for up to 90 days after cancellation or deactivation. During this period, restoration may be possible but is not guaranteed.

After the applicable retention period, your account and associated data may be permanently deleted and may no longer be recoverable. Certain services or data types may be subject to different retention or deletion periods.

The 90-day period is not a guarantee that all data will remain available for 90 days following every prepaid expiration. The applicable retention period depends on the underlying platform's procedures for the relevant account status.

You are responsible for exporting any business information you need before your access expires. If you need assistance with account access or data-related technical issues, contact The VIP Launch Co.

We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

9. Technical Support

The VIP Launch Co. manages the customer relationship for VIP LaunchOS and coordinates technical support requests.

If you experience a technical issue, contact The VIP Launch Co. with a description of the problem and any relevant screenshots or error messages.

When appropriate, we will submit a technical support ticket to AIM DNA on your behalf. AIM DNA provides technical support for the underlying platform, subject to its support processes, availability, and applicable arrangements.

Resolution times depend on the nature and complexity of the issue, the provider's processes, and factors outside our reasonable control.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee a particular response time or resolution time.

Support does not include custom funnel building, personalized implementation, advanced automation setup, or other professional services unless those services are expressly included in a separate written agreement or purchase.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree to use VIP LaunchOS and our website lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

• Use the platform for fraud, scams, unlawful activities, or deceptive marketing.
• Send spam or unlawful marketing communications.
• Upload malicious software or attempt to compromise platform security.
• Access accounts, systems, or information without authorization.
• Interfere with the operation, availability, or security of the services.
• Infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Upload or distribute content that is unlawful or that you are not authorized to use.
• Circumvent account restrictions or plan limitations.
• Resell, transfer, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access unless expressly authorized in writing.

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, security risk, unlawful activity, or misuse, subject to applicable law.

11. Your Content and Customer Data

You retain ownership of content and materials you create or upload, subject to third-party rights and any applicable licenses.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis necessary to upload, store, process, and use information through VIP LaunchOS.

You authorize the processing of your content and data as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, maintain, and support the services.

You are responsible for your business activities conducted through the platform, including:

• Obtaining required permissions or consents from your leads and customers.

You must not upload information that you are not legally authorized to collect, process, or share.

13. Intellectual Property

The VIP LaunchOS name, The VIP Launch Co. branding, our original website content, and original materials we create are owned by us or used under applicable licenses, unless otherwise stated.

VIP LaunchOS incorporates underlying software and technology provided through third-party providers. Those providers retain their applicable intellectual property rights.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use VIP LaunchOS during your paid access period, subject to these Terms and any applicable license restrictions.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from protected software or materials except where expressly authorized or permitted by law.

Any templates, workbooks, or resources supplied with a plan may be subject to additional usage terms disclosed when provided.

14. Business Resources and No Guarantee of Results

Our platform, resources, templates, and educational materials are intended to support business operations and marketing activities.

We do not guarantee specific business results, including revenue increases, lead generation, conversion rates, sales, customer growth, or profitability.

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, audience, implementation, market conditions, and business decisions.

You are responsible for evaluating and applying any strategies or resources to your own business.

Nothing on our website constitutes legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice.

15. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

16. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using VIP LaunchOS at any time. Because access is prepaid and does not automatically renew, you can simply choose not to purchase another access period when your current plan expires.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, serious misuse, security risks, or other legitimate grounds, subject to applicable law.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue before taking action.

Upon expiration, suspension, or termination, access to paid features may end. Data retention, restoration, export, and deletion will be handled in accordance with Section 8, the underlying platform's applicable procedures, and legal requirements.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our website, VIP LaunchOS, and related services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every business purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, consumer right, or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The VIP Launch Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from the use of or inability to use the services.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the affected service will be limited to the amount you paid directly to The VIP Launch Co. for that service during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, or to any rights that applicable law requires us to preserve.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the services, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
